It always seems sad when we have to say goodbye to our students on the morning after their concert. The Courtyard seems so quiet without the sounds from their master classes and rehearsing. Each year our audience is delighted with the calibre of their playing and the joy of their performances. Thank you to everyone, students and tutors, who worked so hard to make it happen. Thanks also to the Flax Trust and the Ireland Fund of France who provided bursaries; Patricia Reilly who supports the audience prize, in memory of her mother Rose Reilly; and Charles Sentance and George Weir for their support for the students at the Camerata Ireland Academy at Clandeboye. And last but not least, Rosemary Scott for the flowers (learning to bow and accept a bouquet all part of the learning process for a classical musician).
