Farewell to a Dear Friend

It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of Lindy, Marchioness of Dufferin & Ava, after a short illness.

An ardent painter, conservationist, and music lover, she was a passionate and inspiring friend to us all. As a true champion of the arts, her fervent dedication and support of the Clandeboye Festival has truly inspired us year after year.

Her playful nature and tangible sense of fun was always palpable, especially so in this recent interview she recorded as part of our ‘Clandeboye At Home’ series.

As the Clandeboye Festival enters its twentieth year, we are humbled and gratified to have felt the steadfast support, and unwavering friendship of this incredible Lady over the last two decades. Our thoughts are with the entire Clandeboye family as we mourn this wonderful soul and celebrate her incredible legacy. She will be missed by us all.
